Return and Exchange Policy

All items are prepaid and non-refundunable. Our returns policy is valid for 30 days after date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

       · All customized and personalized items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

       · Gift cards and not eligible for exchange for monetary value.

       · To determine eligibility of your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

       ·  Once eligibility is determined, we will contact you via email with the return address.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available for incorrect sizes. Items can be exchanged for the same item in the same color. We can only exchange for a different size from the original order. Item must be the same item and color as original order. You cannot exchange items for a different color.  

Replacements:

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 If items are defective, damaged, or we imprinted information, incorrectly, and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: customercare@school-gearsolutions.com. We will contact you via email with the return address.
